Use of the Service

By using Maurice Cakes & Events, you agree to use the app and website lawfully, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and avoid activity that could harm other users, sellers, customers, or our systems.

Orders and Custom Cake Requests

Cake orders, custom cake requests, event services, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and pickup arrangements may depend on order details and confirmation by Maurice Cakes & Events. We may contact you using the phone number or contact details you provide to confirm order requirements.

Marketplace Listings

Marketplace sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, photos, availability, contact details, and transaction arrangements. Maurice Cakes & Events may review, approve, reject, remove, or restrict listings and seller accounts to protect users and comply with our standards.

Users can report listings and block sellers in the app. Reports may be reviewed by our staff and may result in listing removal or account action.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload or share illegal, misleading, abusive, hateful, explicit, infringing, unsafe, fraudulent, or spam content. You may not impersonate others, misuse contact details, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Payments and Premium Features

Some marketplace features may require payment where available. Payment availability, renewal periods, listing limits, and transaction status are shown in the app. Premium marketplace listing upgrades may not be available on every platform.

Account Suspension or Deletion

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, listings, or content that violate these terms or create risk for users. You can request account deletion from Account Settings in the app.

Liability

We work to keep the service reliable and useful, but the app and website are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Maurice Cakes & Events is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party seller conduct, or user-to-user marketplace transaction outcomes.
